Allen Community College will issue you an email account once you enroll in a course. This email account is linked to a license of Microsoft Office 365 which you can download on your computer and use for free, so long as you are a student at Allen. This is a temporary email account. Once you are no longer a student at Allen the account will be disabled and you will no longer have the right to use the Office 365 software. It is advisable to set up your Allen email account to forward the email to your personal email account (such as yahoo or gmail). This way once the email account is disabled, you will not lose any of the email sent to your Allen account.
